• Where do you source your ingredients from?
  
  We proudly source our premium ingredients from reputable suppliers globally, including New Zealand and USA. All suppliers and ingredients need to be vigorously reviewed and approved as part of our  Good Manufacturing Processes (GMP). 

• How do I store opened products?
  
  Each of our Lazu products have their storage instructions explained on the packaging.

• Do you have any active Coupons?

• I’m new to supplements, do you have any recommendations? Where to start?
  
  The starting point is the “gut”, in our opinion it is very important to get the gut working efficiently so that any supplements taken can be efficiently absorbed by the body and the maximum benefit obtained. Our suggestion would be to start on the Lazu Colostrum and Manuka Honey Formula for 2 months minimum before taking other supplements . This formula is the cornerstone of any supplement  regime. Once the gut is working then specific supplements can be taken to address your needs.

Shipping & Returns

• Do you offer free shipping?
  
  Yes! Free shipping is offered after a certain order value is made. This is dependent upon which country the order is to be sent to.

• How long does it take for my order to ship?
  
  The shipping time is dependent on the customer’s country and from which warehouse the order is to be fulfilled for.We work hard to ensure the most efficient shipping method is employed to get you your Lazu products as fast as possible.
  
  *Note: We have experienced delays shipping products to various countries due to the effects of COVID on transport availability.

• How can I access my account?
  
  To login into your account, click the menu bar and select “Log In”. You will be asked to enter the email address and password you created for your account. If you have forgotten your credentials, click on the “Forgot my password” link and follow the instructions to reset your information. 

• Do you provide a Tracking Number with each order?
  
  Yes! As and when tracked shipping is used the tracking number is sent to you upon shipping from our fulfilment centres.

• Can I cancel or modify my orders?
  
  Absolutely! Once having accessed your account, click on “My orders” to view the purchase summary. Here you can Modify or Cancel your order if you’d like. For modifications and cancellations, there could be a fee if your order has already begun the shipping process. 

• What’s your Return Policy?
  
  We ask you to please choose carefully. We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty, have been wrongly described, or are different to the product purchased on the website.

• Which countries can I order  Lazu’s products from ?
  
  Wow! Thank you for your interest! We do have a presence globally, please check our Distributor section to learn if your country has a local representative or retailers that sell our products. • What are the benefits of the Manuka Honey?
  
  One of our favorite questions! We could talk about it all day. It all starts with colostrum, as it is a breast fluid produced by humans, cows and other mammals before breast milk is released. Our Manuka Honey and Colostrum Formula contains Bovine Colostrum, supplied by a world renowned manufacturer based in the USA. This type of colostrum is actually very similar to human colostrum, it’s rich in vitamins, fats, minerals, and digestive enzymes. When formulated with the intention of creating a supplement, colostrum promotes immunity, skin structure, mucous membranes, wound healing and tissues structures, promotes a healthy gut health and helps fight potential infections.
